90 Day Home Warranty Included

Due to popular request, we have teamed up with Brinks Home Security to offer you a 90 Day Home Warranty, free of charge, which will be included with all Residential Real Estate Buyer's Inspections. Warranty is serviced through American Home Warranty Company and is a structural and mechanical 90 day limited hom warranty.

This is the same warranty that many inspectors boast about offering because they are NACHI Certified. Realistically, it has nothing to do with NACHI and everything to do with Brinks Home Security

Brinks will perform a comprehensive inspection on the security system (if one is already installed) or provide you with a free estimate for installation of a Brinks Home Security System. Just for allowing them to do this during or after your LC Inspections Residential Buyer's Inspection, they will provide you with a 90 Day Limited Structural and Mechanical Warranty.

If you choose not to have your information supplied to Brinks, be sure to let the inspector know at time of scheduling so we don't pass that information on to them.
