Price Match Policy and Restrictions
What's that? You need us to go even lower on our prices? First, consider this. You purchase a home for $200,000 and pay an inspector $250 for the home inspection. That's 00.125% of the value of the house. To list that house you are going to pay a Realtor 6% or $12,000. Which is the better value? With that said, will we price match. Sure. But there has to be some realistic limitations. What are we matching? Who are we matching?
We will match the price of any other IHINA Inspector. The we'll give you another $10 off just for giving us the opportunity to match their price.
Other non-IHINA inspectors tend to "farm" business from Realtors and perform 2, 3 or even sometimes 4 inspections per day! What are you really getting for that discount $175 inspection rate? We schedule only one inspection per day and we do not depend on tomorrows business to come from your Realtor. This way, there is no conflict of interest and you know for whom we are working. So, call us, tells us what you were quoted, who quoted it, and if they have the same experience we do and advertise that they only do one inspection per day, we'll match the price.
