Residential Inspections
We provide Residential Inspections for both Buyers and Sellers. The reports are the same and provided typed (never hand written) and with pictures added. We use the report Required by the Texas Real Esate Commission current REI 7A-1, which you can download directly from TREC's website here. We follow all the TREC SOP and report on all required reporting areas unless we discuss it with you first and you decide you do not wish to have something inspected or it is not avialable or accessible for inspection. Our fee is simple and easy to calculate. We do not nickle and dime you for every little feature you have.
If home is less than 10 years old and is less than 2500 square foot, the fee is $250.
Add additional $10 for every 10 years prior to 1975. $50 extra for Pier and Beam Construction.
If square footage is over 2500, then price is 10 cents a square foot rounded to the nearest $5 plus the age.
NOTE: WDI can be provided for additional $75 plus tax by Allied Pest Patrol. Just ask and we will make all the arrangements for them to be there during the inspection.
