Korey - I wanted to say thank you and let everyone reading this know what a wonderful job you did for me. Your catch on the construction error saved me! According to the seller, the builder of course said you didn't know what you were talking about, but I hired two separate engineers who both confirmed your suspicions. Who knew such a small thing could be so huge! Thanks for your time. I'll call when I find another house!
