Like most professionals, our pricing is based on the job size.  For buyer inspections, we offer two different levels.

  • Basic home inspection for the price conscious.  NO LONGER AVAILABLE.  Check here to find out why
  • Comprehensive home inspection for those wishing to know every detailed deficiency we can find.  This home inspection is higher priced and includes pictures of all deficiencies where pictures are possible.  (Note: Some deficiencies, such as slow draining sinks for example, will not include pictures as it is difficult to take a picture of a sink draining slow).  This is still a "visual non-intrusive" inspection as required by TREC.  The pricing of these home inspections are based on square footage, extra's such as swimming pools, outbuildings, separate structures, hydro therapy tubs, spas, fencing, etc.  Reports are customized for each client to include what you want or need and can be delivered in E-Mail as PDF format files or printed and bound reports.  Due to the cost printing and fuel, printed and bound reports delivered to you are at an additional cost.  You must ask for printed reports when obtaining the quote.  

DISCOUNTS:

  • All Military Personnel and spouses of Military Personnel receive a 5% discount.  You must notified us that you are military or a spouse of military and provide an active duty military or dependant identification card to receive this discount.  
  • If you are a spouse of active duty military who is currently in theater in Iraq or Afghanistan, you will receive additional 5% (total 10%) discount.  Proof of assignment may be required and ID will still be required.  

HOW TO REQUEST A QUOTE:

  1. Email us with the following information:
    • Type of inspection (Basic or Comprehensive)
    • Location (specific address)
    • Total Square footage
    • Year Built
    • Type of Foundation (Pier and Beam or Slab)
    • Do you want Pictures included on your report (if Basic)
    • Any Extra's such as swimming pools, sprinkler systems, spas, etc (if Comprehensive)
    • Include a WDI (Wood Destroying Insect Inspection)
  2. Give us a call at 940-595-0641.  We try to answer the phone on every call, but sometimes this is not possible and you will receive voice mail.  If you do receive voice mail, please leave us your name, phone number, and the information above.  We will try to return all calls within one hour or less.
